Despite some killer short range delivery options in our beloved neighborhood, there are some big gaps in the local moveable feast department. However, Bushwick’s delivery scene just got a lot more dynamic: the literal Uber for food, which is to say, Uber’s delivery service UberEATS, just announced an expansion and is now running treats to Bushwick residents from dozens of delicious Brooklyn restaurants.
With the extended service area, Bushwick denizens at addresses within the boundaries of Morgan Ave, Johnson Ave, Cypress Ave, Gates Ave can get food delivered any time between 8 a.m. and 1 a.m. any day of the week for the flat and reasonable delivery rate of $2.99.
Bushwick residents can order from over 50 restaurants, including Williamsburg’s Saltie, Fort Greene’s Baba Cool, Prospect Heights’ Riverdel Cheese, Crown Heights’ Butter & Scotch, the Kimchi Taco Truck, and Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream, among many others.
Does the news make you hungry?
Bon appétit, Bushwick!
