Dear Bushwick, a fantastic locally sourced British restaurant at 41 Wilson Avenue, has been teasing us with bits and pieces of information about the opening of a speakeasy next door, for a quite while now.
Finally, the plans are coming into fruition, because the owners Julian Mohammed and Darren Grenia are finally opening a cocktail lounge named Yours Sincerely Cocktail Laboratory in the remaining unused space of their restaurant, as DNAinfo first reported.
With the grand opening set for New Years Eve, Your Sincerely will feature 20 ready-made cocktails on tap, three house-made boozy sodas, six craft beers, two wines and a whiskey.
Your Sincerely will be offering cocktails mixed in a bulk, which will allow them to cut down the prices, and offer their drinks in the $4-$9 price range.
Julian told DNAinfo that we shouldn’t expect anything less than a perfect cocktail every time. So swing by this new cocktail place during your NYE Bushwick stroll to see if the cocktails live up to the promise!
