Because we love, love, love Alaska we are happy, happy, happy for the good news! It’s been almost three weeks since Alaska was nearly baked by a fire with an unknown cause (although, I blame Mercury Retrograde!) Since then, a lot has happened. The co-owner Skylar broke his leg (sad face), he organized a reunion party on his roof (writes Animal New York) and a lot of regulars dejectedly roamed the neighborhood, looking for a tiny glimpse of taxidermy or a bourbon milk shake.
Now the good times of Alaska are back. Skyler sent me a Facebook message earlier today: “…it looks like alaska is going to reopen this weekend, with a grand reopening saturday!”
