Amazing Weekend for Music Lovers: 8 Life-Changing Experiences

Music fans, we’ve got an amazing weekend for you. First and foremost, Northside is dominating Williamsburg with a 10-block long art-centric block party, free shows in McCarren Park, and tons of unofficial shows popping up everywhere. But that’s not all that’s going on – there are a plethora of other parties, free shows, and music that you should check out!

8. Push The Night w/ Brad Miller, Illich Mujica, Sebastian Golabek  @ Sullivan Room (FRI 10PM, 5$ before midnight, $10 after with RSVP to infoATdjbradmiller.com)

While everyone is doing the Northside Festival, Brad Miller takes over the well-known Sullivan Room. Brad Miller has shared the decks with top headliners like SwedishHouse Mafia, BT, Sander Van Doorn, and Cosmic Gate. If you are looking for electronic music, without the bottle service, and a dance floor of dedicated house-head who will be dancing, not parking on the floor, you must go. Very rare in the city that you can get this experience for the cover price and DJ. Wear comfortable shoes and be ready to sweat.

After seeing them in this setting, you can forever chime in on any conversation with one of those “I was there” moments.

We love the Cobra Club, and it seems like it was only a few months ago that they graced us with their delicious coffee, cute patio, frito pies, and the perfect happy hour. Come celebrate the joint on Saturday with live music from The Spastiks and Shiro and the Raw Dogs!
