The weather is fantastic and Cinco de Mayo is here! We hope that you, just like us, have only love and appreciation for Mexican culture and cuisine, and will make it a point to celebrate it this Friday.
Naturally, we don’t need to preach to you about how Cinco de Mayo should not be taken as a chance for cultural appropriation, but just in case, we’re going to leave this link right here, and this link to the history behind the holiday right here. And now the party may begin.
