The NYPD is requesting knowledge on anything the public might know on an individual who was reportedly found wandering the streets in the vicinity of the 83rd Precinct on Saturday July 23, 2016 at approximately 11:30 p.m.
The individual, an elderly man, gave his name as “Anselmo Morgado,” but was unable to provide an address, nor was he able to disclose contact information of relatives.
Described as a white male between the ages of 80-90 years old with gray hair, approximately 5’7’’ and weighing 120 pounds, the man was found wearing a white t-shirt, black pants, black shoes, and a black cap. He was taken to Woodhull Hospital for medical evaluation.
Saturday was another day during which the National Weather Service issued a heat advisory for New York City. Recommendations to the public during such a weather event include checking in on elderly neighbors and acquaintances.
