Many have been allured by the paradoxical gentleness and beauty of Bushwick industrial landscapes. Photographer Peter Dressel is not an exception. In 2012 and 2013, Peter experimented with night photography and walked around his immediate Bushwick surroundings with a tripod. The result is a stunning meditation on Bushwick landscape and the intricacies of its evolutions. Only two or three years have passed since these photos were taken but we can already see long lost graffiti and street art, as well as an empty corner now occupied by Montana’s Trail House.
Peter Dressel specializes in interior design photography and portraiture, he dabbles as a DP and helped to film The Bushwick Diaries documentary. Follow him on Instagram.
