This week: stop by Til Death not once, but thrice as they hold their spring market on Saturday and Sunday and sell pre-rolls on 4/20; celebrate Easter at Grover Cleveland Park with a dog-friendly Easter Egg Hunt run by Ridgewalks and the newly-opened Two Monsters Pet Shop; network with local artists at the Bushwick Vendors Market; take a moonlit stroll hosted by NYC H20 at the Ridgewood Reservoir; and head to the Flying Fox Tavern for their Easter brunch that will also benefit a rabbit rescue.

A Doggie Easter Egg Hunt!

What is it?

Bring your dog for an egg hunt full of handmade Easter treats, candy, music and a raffle to benefit a group called Ridgewood Rescue. This event is being run by Ridgewood’s newest pet shop, Two Monsters Pet Shop and Ridgewalks

Where is it?

Grover Cleveland Park – at Stanhope Street and Grandview Avenue.

When is it?

12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

How much is it?

Free.

A Vendors Market With Artistic Vibes!

What is it?

Check out some local artists selling who are selling their local masterpieces at the Bushwick Vendors Market, an event that’s being organized by Arts in Bushwick, the group that recently took over Bushwick Open Studios.

When is it?

A Moonlit Stroll In Ridgewood!

What is it?

The nonprofit NYC H20 is running a moonlit stroll event with NYC Parks at Ridgewood Reservoir. Here’s a fun fact: April is the first full month of spring and its full moon is commonly known in North America as the Pink Moon. This name comes from the Northeast Algonquins, who named it after the phlox flower (Phlox subulata), which also happens to be one of the first flowers to blossom in spring. Maybe you’ll see some of those.

Ridgewood Reservoir, 58-2 Vermont Place.

When is it?

7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Sunday Brunch Benefit, for Rabbits!

What is it?

10% of proceeds of this brunch menu will go to a group called Rabbit Rescue & Rehab, which was founded back in 1998 to rescuing and rehabilitate rabbits in need. Reading from the menu, the brunch in question will consist of things like full traditional fry-ups, vegan quiche, mezcal-powered bloody marys, vegan ‘crème’ and egg cocktails and so much more.

Flying Fox Tavern, 678 Woodward Avenue.

When is it?

11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Til Death is Selling Pre-Rolls on 4/20!

What is it?

Blaze early with Til Death and get some coffee and a joint. Later in the morning, there’s a “swag drop.”

Where is it?

Til Death, 603 Hart Street. 

When is it?

Wake n’ Bake will be held from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. before the cafe opens at 9 a.m.

How much is it?

$25 gets you one pre-roll, a coffee beverage and an undisclosed snack.
