Hey, hey, hey, Bushwick!

A weekly market is coming to the neighborhood this spring and it’s bringing along tons of food, art, vintage finds — and too many other things to list.

From March till May, the Shwick Spring Market will be happening every weekend between 11 a.m.-7 p.m in the “Fat Albert building” at 774 Broadway just off the Flushing Avenue stop on the J train.

Over 40 vendors will be there selling handmade creative crafts, clothing, and other kinds of goodies found at fun Shwick events. Event organizers promise a lineup of DJs, workshops, video screenings, art installations, and other interactive experiences.

Shwick is currently taking applications for vendors and submissions from DJs, performers, and visual artists. Seller spaces start at $50 per day, and the first round of vendors will be announced on Shwick’s website in the first week of February.

So if you’re a local biz or want to break into the art scene, this spring market could be your big chance!
