And speaking of rocking themes, if you’ve checked the feed lately, you’ve seen some music-oriented photos. This week’s Insta-Takeover, Music in Bushwick, is led by music/portrait photographer and NYC native Nicole Fara Silver. Nicole’s work captures the spirit and electricity of her subjects, paying homage to the beginnings of rock photography, and has appeared in the likes of Rolling Stone, NME, CMT Edge, InStyle, Elmore Magazine, and more. Her music portfolio expands almost daily, including work with Wayne Coyne, Robert Plant, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, The Backstreet Boys, The Strokes, and Kelis.
