Nothing kills the mood faster than waiting for a table when you’re already hangry. Seated, a restaurant concierge service that helps diners find last minute options at great restaurants, is launching in Brooklyn to solve this very problem and reward you as you dine.

Starting on March 19, they’re hosting a Brooklyn restaurant crawl, with options in Bushwick, Williamsburg, Greenpoint and elsewhere. When you book a table with Seated, you earn rewards equivalent to 30 percent of the price of your meal (upload the itemized receipt to verify the amount). Choose from Amazon, Lyft, or Starbucks credit for your reward. This means you can pay for a ride home from dinner with your dinner. Seated only partners with up to 10 percent of a neighborhood’s restaurants to keep the quality high.

Seated told Bushwick Daily that local options include Mission Chinese, Benelux (and sister bar in Williamsburg, Little King), The Wheelhouse, Bed-Stuy’s Mama Fox, Ltauha and Capybara in Ridgewood, and Divine Bar. These options serve anything from brunch to late night eats, all with no wait.

Benelux is a new Belgian spot known for its mussels, fries, and happy hour and Ltauha, (which is the owner’s mother’s name, backwards) is an unassuming gem in Ridgewood, known for its excellent burgers and elevated American menu. They also have a killer brunch. Capybara is also a venue, with a concert lineup and lots of vegan options. Divine Bar was recently renovated and its patio is a treat in the warmer months (which are coming soon, we hope).

The app specializes in helping large groups and takes reservations for up to 20 people, so it’s a great option for a birthday dinner. While it’s designed for reservations (most of which are made day of), there’s also a walk-in option available for nearby spots. It’s the best of both worlds, walking in and knowing there’s a table waiting for you.

To participate in the restaurant crawl, diners can sign up on the free Seated app. On March 14, you’ll receive a map with all the destinations (there are over 70 in Brooklyn). The user who visits the most featured restaurants in four days will receive a $500 Amazon gift card.

If you work in Manhattan or travel regularly, Seated will come in handy. They have reservations all over the city and also operate in Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Atlanta.
