When Jupiter Disco first popped onto Bushwick’s bar scene late last year, they were unanimously dubbed a sci-fi bar with an expansive selection of cocktails. As of next week, their cocktail list will continue to grow with the addition of WORMHOLES, a time travel inspired series.

Al Sotack, one of the owners says, “WORMHOLES will dial in on a distinct location and year, as we mix up cocktails from different moments (frozen in amber) in the history of mixed drinks.”

You can expect drinks that remain popular to this day and obscure concoctions which will transport you through time and space to somewhere other than a dark, empty stretch of Flushing Avenue.

Each drink off of the WORMHOLES menu will be offered for $8 until 8 p.m., making this a pretty stellar happy hour deal that is bound to surprise you whenever you come in for a brief stint to a different place and year.

Both Sotack and the other owner, Maks Pazuniak, have extensive experience in the bar world; Pazuniak used to work at Maison Premiere in Williamsburg, a frequent nominee for James Beard awards in the bar program category, and Sotack spent time at The Franklin in Philadelphia.

We’re excited to see what they cook up!
