It’s official that the L and the M lines will both be dramatically affected by repair projects for extended periods of time cover the course of the next several years. So does anyone have any questions?

The MTA is holding a public meeting at the Greater Ridgewood Youth Council, located at 59-03 Summerfield Street in Ridgewood, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 15th with the goal of continuing to foster an open dialogue with the public about the projects.

This is one of many meetings that has been held by the Transit Authority since the news broke in January that the L would need to close for repairs, but other meetings have been primarily directed at commuters affected by outages on a single train line.

Do you have ideas about how the effects of the changes can be offset? Are you curious about what the other effects of the work on the lines will look like in your neighborhood? Do you just want to hear about all of this first hand? This is the night for all of that!

We’ll see you there, Bushwick!
