Mystery Science Theater 3000 with animal facts and drinking rules. Hosted by two comedians, the show revolves around watching a nature documentary, drinking and the audience trying to stump the hosts with animal questions.

Friday, November 19

The Grand Soirée 

What is it?

Put on by Bushwick Grand, The Grand Soirée features six of the city’s elite DJ’s in one wild night for your enjoyment. Check out sets by @djmikenasty@nasleber, @laportetwins, @yazmine.r, @onlyvada and @thezillions.

Baby’s All Right, 146 Broadway

When is it?

10 p.m. – 4 a.m.

How much is it?

$15 advanced tickets.

Black Friday (The Prelude)

What is it?

Put on by Pop of Culture, a global community supporting Black entrepreneurs and creatives, this two-day pop up event, happening both Saturday and Sunday, will feature 40+ local NYC Black-owned fashion, accessories, beauty, home, art, food and lifestyle brands. There will also be music and, of course, giveaways!

When is it?

12 -7 p.m. both days.

How much is it?

This is a free event with ticketed options that come with giveaway entries and other activities/products.


NYSoM ThanksgivingPalooza 2021

What is it?

New York State of Mind will distribute turkeys and other Thanksgiving food items at the fourth annual ThanksgivingPalooza event.

When is it?

1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.

How much is it?

Free. A ticket does not reserve a turkey as it is a first-come, first-serve event.

Well Wisher Fall 2021 Tour with HYPEMOM & Hit

What is it?

Beat the Blues Concerts Presents Afro-Dominicano NYC

What is it?

A virtual concert put on by the Queens Library, Afro Dominicano NYC is a Latin fusion band delivering Afro Caribbean soul. They blend traditional folkloric roots music from the Dominican Republic with Afro-beats, reggae, calypso, samba, funk, punk rock and Caribbean rhythms.
