Brownstoner has been keeping a good eye on real estate development in Bushwick. Yesterday they published a map (below) of six ongoing residential development sites, primarily along the JMZ subway lines. The projects range in size from a family house at Cornelia St. to a 37-unit building at Suydam.

Another huge development project is happening off the Halsey L stop nearby 550 Irving Ave. NY Curbed informed us that the residential building has a pool, jacuzzi, a coffee shop and a gaming lounge with a Wii!. As part of the neighborhood the media is already calling “East Bushwick,” the luxury building will also get parking, a gym and a sauna. Big changes are coming for Halsey…
