#3 Ed Askew Band, Hartley C. White, Ruth Garbus, Jib Kidder, Moth Eggs @ Silent Barn, 603 Bushwick Ave (SUN 7:30 PM, $10)

A whole bunch of interesting bands play this bill, curated by OSR Tapes, our favorite of which is Jib Kidder, who will be previewing “psychedelic collage” sounds from his forthcoming 2015 album Teaspoon To The Ocean.

#2 Teengirl Fantasy, Lawdawfah (DJ), Pictureplane (DJ) @ Palisades 906 Broadway (THURS 12am, $FREE with RSVP)

One of the coolest events happening in Bushwick this whole month goes down tonight at Palisades. Electronic soundscape duo Teengirl Fantasy premeire their new EP with the help of Lawdawfah and DJ set from Pictureplace. Doors at midnight. We. are. there!

#1 Any “Secret Show” @ Death By Audio, 49 South 2nd St (TH/FR/SAT, 8PM, $10)

You probably heard that beloved DIY stronghold Death By Audio is closing, but its last days snuck up so fast! If you want to have the time of your life with hundreds of sweaty music buffs to a mystery rock/punk/garage soundtrack, or lying in a massive hammock, or in a laser-lit closet, you gotta be committed. Show up at 7:30 or earlier to get in line, then hope you make it inside to be shocked and amazed by the day’s legendary acts (and the epic art exhbit in the space).
