Bushwick art scene may not be as impenetrable as The New York Times thinks. For one, Chris Rock didn’t have a problem to “find an entrance” during this past weekend’s Bushwick Open Studios, and joyfully hang out with artists at 17-17 Troutman St and 16 Cypress Ave buildings, visiting artist studios taking selfies, and simply enjoying BOS 2015.

Yesterday, on Sunday June 7, at noon he tweeted a picture of himself standing in front of a piece by artist Delphine Diaw Diallo, and later a picture of a Bushwick Collective street mural.

Several Instagram photos were posted shortly after with Chris Rock posing with artist Brittany Knapp, Delphine Diaw Diallo, as well as a picture of him visiting the speakeasy location of Mobile Vintage.

Did Chris Rock also visit your studio? Leave us a comment!
