Green Street Salads offers a healthy salad bar experience in the middle of Bushwick. When owners Mike “Vegas” Kalman, Patrick Merrell, and Kyle Wong opened the restaurant in a former bodega space, they set out to offer a quick and healthy lunch option for locals. They offer soups, paninis, and salads all for between $5- $7.25. The soups are homemade fresh everyday and if you don’t like any of the panini or salad choices, you can get creative and build you own! Green Street Salads is open daily for business on the corner of Irving and Starr.
